We would like to announce that, effective April 1, 2024, Freshtel Internet Sdn Bhd (201501029148 [1154469-D]) “Freshtel” and Highfi (M) Sdn Bhd (20211006020 [1406319-P]) "Highfi" have no business-related activities or affiliations conducted. Freshtel is not legally responsible for any business activity conducted by Highfi, including but not limited to invoicing, agreements, business proposals with any other parties; Highfi is a completely separate legal activity.
For any business corporation and proposals with Freshtel, you may contact our Business Development team at hello@freshtel.my.

Termination of Business Partnership with TKH Reka Solutions
Dear ALL Customer and Business Partner,
Effective 1st September 2024, Freshtel Internet Sdn Bhd (201501029148 [1154469-D]) "Freshtel" has officially terminated its collaboration with TKH Reka Solutions (201903316488 [JM0921888-V]) "TKH Reka" due to a breach of contract and loss of trust. This will not impact any existing customer support and customers are welcome to contact our Customer Service at 03-90782963 or support@freshtel.my for any further service assistance.
Freshtel exclusively accepts digital payments through JOMPAY, online banking, e-wallets, credit / debit cards, or payment links / QR codes sent through official Freshtel's SMS or email. Cash payments will be not accepted.
We remain committed to excellent service and appreciate your continued support.
